My car was towed from my house due to an HOA restriction. I tried calling them just moments after they towed my car. I called the sheriff's office at 1:30 and they said that they towed the car at 1:00 a.m. The sheriff's office confirmed that the company was Florida Tow LLC. Policy was that I was going to have to pay $35 for holding over 6 hours. I tried calling 50 times between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. with no answer. When I woke up in the morning at 9:30, they finally answered the phone and they tried to charge the extra $35. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. One star because I had to, I would leave a negative star if I could!! FAST: that was a lie, they were dispatched to me via roadside assistance at 6:57pm with a 2 hour expected arrival at 10:05pm I got a call asking if I STILL needed service,  I said yes and driver stated he would be there in 20 mins.  At 11:28pm he called and lied that he had been driving up and down the interstate looking for my vehicle and that was a lie because if he had he would have saw a Sheriff officer and two vehicles!! RELIABLE: I think not!! Unprofessional and Unpleasant, I would never recommend them!!  I will say however to call TampaTow/AK towing they actually arrived when they said they would, within 25 mins in raining weather they showed up.
